Broadstock provided a good level of service throughout the entirety of the project. They were fully engaged, were able to offer invaluable advice and present opportunities to realise our aspirations, while remaining conscious of our principal requirements and budget constraints.

The team was professional and personable, delivering a good level of service. They were also able to remain flexible and worked hard to push every inch out of the scheme.

Broadstock offered a wealth of experience from previous projects and were able to advise us of what makes certain choices more successful. Where financial constraints occurred, the team was flexible enough to propose alternatives or tweak other areas of the scheme in order to achieve our ambition. The team that worked on RHUL were professional and personable which not only meant a good level of service, but ensured that we enjoyed the process at the same time.

We wanted a timeless, classic look and Broadstock’s experience in helping us achieve a coherent scheme across the variety of different study spaces, given the size of the building was invaluable. The engagement was very personal. We knew the individuals, we weren’t just working with a faceless company… this made the whole process much easier.

Working together with Broadstock, we have pushed the boundaries with the supply chain to get exactly what we wanted. For example, there have never been as many power sockets in Away from the Desk units as we have here. This has allowed us to provide power access to suit the capacity of each piece of the furniture across the building.

The early engagement we had with Broadstock was a huge benefit to the project and the design team. From the initial client and end user engagements and design workshops through to product and finish selection, delivery and installation and finally after care service, at every level, Broadstock have reflected our high standards and demonstrated extreme professionalism. They have adhered to all the agreed schedules and have proved to be flexible with their ability to respond to short notice changes to the programme. This has added an extra layer of value. I would say that without a doubt, Broadstock are one of the most professional FF&E suppliers I have worked with.

One of the best things about Broadstock is that they give that pre-sales support, producing visualisations, giving us options and responding well to changes we might want to make to meet stakeholder needs. They fully understand it’s an iterative process involving 2-3 stakeholder meetings so we can get a physical solution which everyone is happy with.

Broadstock’s willingness to engage wholeheartedly with the client, coupled with their attention to detail on all the different spaces which had to meet very specific requirements, was exceptional. The visits arranged to their showroom and factory, plus showrooms in London and samples provided to test on-site, allowed us to bounce ideas around and develop a scheme which met everyone’s aspirations for the project.
